SPARK DIESEL MIX-FUEL SYSTEM
The solution to convert your diesel vehicle to run with mix-fuel diesel/lpg.

Diesel-LPG mix-fueling technology has been present on the market for 10 years. The SPARK Mix Fuel system combines Diesel and LPG in the combustion chamber of the converted enging, producing pure energy and solving the high temperature problems typical of DPF.
Combustion keeps DPF clean without ever replacing it, as well as the engine itself, reducing maintenance costs. The increase in engine power and its torque increases the longevity of the engine and improves performance.

DEDICATED INSTALLATIONS
SPARK MIX-FUEL conversion kit use the most technologically advanced electronic system for
controlling and dose the fuels injection, correctly mixed between diesel and LPG. We use
mechanical components, LPG reducers and injectors of most known manufacturers for best
perfomances and durability.
The control of the gas injectors is electronic and is based on information on the
load, the rotation speed of the crankshaft and the temperature of the exhaust
system. The installation, therefore, is dedicated for vans, trucks, boats and all
vehicles with diesel engines. As well as for cars and medium and light
commercial vehicles.

THE GREEN SOLUTION

The SPARK Mix-Fuel Diesel-LPG cuts 20% on the CO2 emissions, and practically zeroes the fine dust emissions (PM10, PM2 / 3) harmful to health and which often cause the traffic blockade in urban areas.

ECONOMIC BENEFITS - THE SAVINGS

The installation of the system SPARK Mix-Fuel allows you to associate percentages from 60% Diesel and 40% LPG, up to a maximum of 52% diesel and 48% LPG. A tractor trailer burns on average 30L diesel / 100km: replacing 40% of diesel fuel with LPG, they save about 7,5-12 euros per 100 km. With a average of 10.000 km per month, savings per vehicle amounts to an average of 1.000 euros per month.

Each vehicle is installed differently, after viewing and analyze the spaces, we are able to indicate where to install it.

Installation of the complete conversion system require between 2 to 3 days, depending on the vehicle.
 

The kit is designed for the dedicated installation also on homologated vehicles for transport of dangerous ADR goods.
 

Absolutely not! Once the system has been installed, the regulations for which the vehicle has been hmologated remains unchanged. If the vehicle was born as Euro 3 remains Euro 3, with an important one advantage: registration certificate comes updated as vehicle LPG regulation R67 / 01. It can regularly circulate without blocking or restriction.

No! By mixing Diesel / LPG it increases the torque and consequently the power, you will get a more performing vehicle, ecological, economic and you will enjoy all the benefits of LPG.


No! The kit is set in the auto exclusion
in case of lack of fuel, heating engine, electronics malfunction, the vehicle automatically switches to solo Diesel.

 

The system in any case interferes with the original electronic.
 

The system is not invasive and no original parts are modified.
